Field, receiving and processing
Know your product before you decide.
Qualiblick turns physical product attributes into reliable information, so you can act while you can still change the outcome.

What we're building
The perception layer for agrifood operations.
Qualiblick connects what is physically happening with the product to the decisions and systems that run the operation.
We turn attributes such as quantity, size, quality and condition into reliable information, from the field through receiving and processing.
The starting point
Critical product decisions are often made before the product is fully understood.
Quantity, size, quality and condition can determine a product's destination, processing, harvest, storage or commercial value. The challenge arises when those decisions depend on information that is incomplete or arrives too late.
Plan with greater clarity.
Better understand product condition and availability before committing to an estimate or scheduling field work.
Decide where each lot goes.
Know what's coming in before defining its processing, storage or commercial destination.
Act while the process is running.
See how the product changes to control the operation and make decisions while you can still intervene.
How we build each measurement
Every measurement starts with a decision.
We start from what the operation needs to decide and work backwards: we define what product information is needed, how to obtain it and how to bring it into the real workflow.
We start with the decision
We identify what you need to decide and what product information is needed to make a better decision.
We measure where the work happens
We configure capture and the measurement system for the product, the process and real operating conditions.
We turn measurement into information
We process what we observe and structure the results so operators and managers can use them when they matter.

VALDIVIA LILIES · CHILE
A full season of measurement in real production.
Real operation
Measurement has to be reliable where the work actually happens.
At Valdivia Lilies, Qualiblick runs inside bulb export processes: irregular product, movement, overlap, dirt and a production flow that can't stop for measurement.
During the 2026 season, the system recorded more than 69 million bulb measurements across 224 lots, operating in export washing and planting-stock processes.

One approach across different decision points.
The place, the variable and the capture method may change. Qualiblick adapts to the context to obtain reliable product information wherever it can improve a decision.
